RWC depends heavily on systems of accountability in effort to maintain appropriate ethical business practices. Our board of directors authorize RWC operating procedures and ensures transparency. Our ethical code of conduct is designed to (Oversight by Board of Directors):
-Develop the greatest intra-organizational standards amongst RWC’s consultants.
-Care and prevention in reporting and handling allegations of misconduct and violations made by RWC’s consultants.
-Comply with state and government standards, including those in place with the organizations RWC is servicing, as so long as they do not contradict state and government law.

Our ethical code is not a guarantee the avoidance of all the potential mishaps that occur in everyday life, but it ought to serve as a significant deterrent. Our goal is to protect the folks and organizations we collaborate with, as well as our own consultants. We are well aware that this ethical code is not full proof.
