Competitive For Life Fee Lock!
Once you have established your first recruitment contract with RWC, we will lock that fee and guarantees for life. As so long as our clients remain active and do not go without activity for 6-months, they will maintain their original rates and guarantees for life. Activity is defined as having an active contract, whereby someone is still protected by the guarantee and/or RWC is actively under new contract for the client’s open position(s).
Right-Angle Refund Guarantee...90-180-270!
RWC provides a 90-180-270 day guarantee to protect our client from unforeseen circumstances and the exigencies of life. RWC understands that life happens and there are some things beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will not hold our clients accountable, as so long as there is not intentional wrong-doing, misconduct and/or illegal activity. The Right-Angle guarantee breakdown:
90-Day (Continuous calendar days):

•RWC will refund accordingly or recruit another candidate at no cost to the client for the same position

•30-60 day; 66% refund

•60-90 day; 33% refund
180-Day (Continuous calendar days):

•RWC will provide NO refunds after 90-days!

•RWC will recruit another individual for the same position originally hired at 50% of the original contract. However, the original recruit must no longer be with the organization.
270-Day (Continuous calendar days):

Pretty straightforward...If we do not receive payment after successful placement within 14-days, all guarantees will be dismissed unless prior signed arrangements have been made with RWC. The successful placement date is recognized as the day the employer confirms, verbally or writing, that they will hire the candidate. From that date, the client has 14-calendar days to pay in full. Any other terms will have to be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
