Neal Franzer accepted an integral role with Rhetorical Wizardry Consulting in 2008 after an illustrious career providing inventory management solutions for Cardinal Health.  In so doing, Neal extended his expertise to hospitals and other medical facilities throughout the country and internationally.  Clients that worked with Neal consistently saw positive financial impacts in the millions while increasing the safety and satisfaction of both staff and patients.

After seven years in the health care industry, he transitioned his talents to the sports arena.  Combined with his past as an athlete and a coach, Neal helped his company to the most profitable year in their history.  Streamlined processes, new vendor agreements, and realigned job duties created a sustainable business structure from which to grow.

Neal is now focusing his energies with Rhetorical Wizardry Consulting to bring similar results to other companies.  Neal desires to eliminate, “Because that’s how it’s always been done”, which are the words no organization should operate by.
