RWC has developed and relied upon various instruments to aid and grow our consultants. We offer these very same opportunities to our clients and those whom they refer. In so doing, you will have a better opportunity to learn about RWC and the network whom we collaborate with. Our training and education is an perpetually evolving line of classes, workshops, seminars, professional groups and lectures.
AM Pragmatics
Every Friday; 7:30am-8:30am; Elliot Tower, 1221 SW 10th Avenue, #512, Portland 97205, #512: This weekly gathering is an opportunity to fellowship actively with others in manner to promote growth, understanding and an other-oriented (mindful) perspective. This time will often be led by RWC, but also others in the group who offer. This time is meant to better understand one another and then to activate one another in way to serve and have an impact beyond our own comfort zone. Group will often be lead though scripture, devotionals, peoms and experiences from group members.
Hands On...Hands Off
Monthly; Check Calendar; Location TBA: This is a bi-monthly workshop designed to bring folks together to promote relational activity through active crafts. No, we are not talking knitting or calligraphy! During this allotted time participants will learn how to use the simplest of tools like hammers and paint brushes, all the way to nail guns and airless paint sprayers. Our time will be led by professionals in the construction industry, as well as participants whom commonly attend the group who have a few skills of their own.
Each gathering will also provide time enough to network and get to know someone a bit further after bonding with a nail gun (but not literally). Drinks and assortment of foods will be available during our time together. Dress in a manner to get dirty and endure any outdoor weather. We do have indoor settings if in climate weather becomes too much.
